Autumnwood of Deckerville is a Medicare and Medicaid licensed facility. We also accept private pay residents and third party insurances on an individual contract basis.

If the funds are not available to pay the costs of Nursing Home Care, we will be glad to assist in the application process for Medicaid through the Family Independence agency.
